1) Bins are provided for general rubbish and recycling and are collected weekly. Please dismantle and flatten large empty cardboard boxes and remove your name and address if the box clearly contained electronic equipment. Plastic bottles, and food containers and the like, should be washed out before being flattened to maximise the available capacity of the bins. All waste should be placed in a bin. If it is left by the bins it won’t be collected. If a bin is full or overflowing, further

waste should be placed in the large green general bins.

2) To dispose of bulky or unusual items, such as mattresses, furniture, White equipment and Christmas Trees, you should contact Bristol City Council to arrange collection or deliver to the BCC waste disposal site at Hallan.
